The program is conducted in three phases, each building upon the successes of the last. As you and your group of fellow small business owners proceed through the program, you'll begin to find yourself taking control of your business and your future.
Phase I: Envision
You'll create business goals, personal goals, mission/value/vision statements and establish the clear picture needed to effectively market.
Some of the outcomes you'll experience in this phase are:
