Our typical relationship with a client begins by understanding where they are in their current state. We help our clients gain objective clarity into their “now” by a series of collaborative investigations into: what is working in the organization, what is not working, what is missing, and what the business is committed to. Once we have insight and clarity into where our clients are today and want to be in the future, we work together to create a strategic plan that incorporates the path to the future and becomes the guiding document for communications, performance tracking, goal definition, marketing plans, etc. In addition, we help scope projects that our clients need to move towards their invented future. It is during this phase that we typically evolve into an accountability partner for our clients and become a strong advocate for their success.
We transition from the planning efforts into building and/or strengthening the client’s business via training, assessments, teambuilding, accountability, sales training, etc. This phase ties the ideas of the planning efforts to the capabilities necessary to achieve the desired future.
