Social media doesn’t exist in a vacuum. It’s silly to even try to conceive of an isolated social media presence! Yet many businesses treat it as if it operated in a world of it’s own.
For your marketing to be successful, it must be integrated, now more than ever. Your social media can influence your customer relationships, sales, repeat purchases, viral traffic from reviews, etc. Those influences shouldn’t happen randomly, but should be a part of your marketing strategy and system.
