Sales is a problem that most small business owners face, yet few are able to overcome. In my twenty-year-plus entrepreneurial journey, I quickly realized that marketing and sales needed to be tamed. Growth hacking integrates all parts of a business into innovation, marketing and sales. Innovation is included in this mix, because it’s one of the keys to succeeding.
You must continuously innovate to improve your business, cut your costs, stay in line with new technology and developments and deliver better results to your clients. You have to be good at marketing and sales to have customers. You might sell a bit, but to grow, avoid downturns and meet your goals, effective sales and marketing is a requirement.
But, like having children, you can start a business without being prepared and having the knowledge you need. In fact, most business owners have a great offering and ability to deliver value to their clients. The challenge becomes finding the prospects, communicating the value you provide and closing the sale.
I’ve created a video series on what growth hacking is, how to implement it in your business and how your business will flow after you’ve successfully adopted the framework and mindset. I created a companion handbook as well.
You can get the video training and the handbook by clicking here or on the picture below. Enjoy!
