The Two Biggest Problems Facing Small Businesses…And How To Solve Them

First aid for small business marketing

Time and Money.  Are there two bigger challenges for small businesses and their owners?

Every business I’ve worked with has had these issues at the top of their mind, front and center.

Without money (revenue) a business is a hobby.

Without time life is hectic and chaotic.

But, it doesn’t have to be this way…

There are several ways to overcome these obstacles.  You can fill your practice with your ideal clients and stop working 70-90 hours a week.  More success in less time is not only possible, but not that hard to achieve.

As these are such pervasive problems, I’ve put together a webinar (no sales involved) that addresses the root causes and puts forth several solutions that you can start doing today.

Click here to sign up for the webinar where I explain the root causes of many of the marketing and time challenges faced by small business owners today.

I look forward to “seeing” you at the webinar.

To your success..

Michael

Dear Michael,
I find that the two biggest problems facing smal businesses are FOCUS and DISCIPLINE. Make a plan of what to achieve and how to get there and have the discipline to follow it (obviously wisely, not blindly!). Entrepreneurs are notorious for being rich on ideas and poor on discipline; this leads to wasting of the two precious, and often in short supply, commodities that you mention. I believe that the shortage of time and money is a consequence, not a cause. In my opinion, the book of Jim Collins “Great by choice” is a major inspiration in that regard.
Kind regards. Patrice.

Patrice,

I agree that time and money as challenges have a number of root causes and aren’t the issue in and of themselves. Focus and discipline, preparation and planning, research and analysis, a validated business model, etc.

As you suggest, addressing the root cause to the issues is the way to deal with them in a lasting manner.

I’ll check out “Great By Choice,” thanks for the book recommendation.

Best,

Michael
